My name is Todd Siedel. I am the creator of the Reaching One Movement. I am originally from Southern California. After spending more than a decade in the financial services industry, I relocated to Montana where I spent the next ten years. It was in Montana that a calling had been laid on my heart to use the life experiences that I have had to be able to reach todays youth. The mental health crisis for todays youth is bigger than ever. We are seeing suicide rates in todays youth that we have never seen before. I believe this has to stop. I believe it can stop. Our goal is as long as we can reach one that is contemplating the unthinkable, we have succeeded.

After seeing the devastation and alarming rates of youth suicide across the nation, I came up with the Reaching One Assembly to be able to breakthrough to students that are troubled, students that see no way out, to give them hope, an outlook on a great future, and to empower them in believing they are here for a reason, they are special,
After seeing the devastation and alarming rates of youth suicide across the nation, I came up with the Reaching One Assembly to be able to breakthrough to students that are troubled, students that see no way out, to give them hope, an outlook on a great future, and to empower them in believing they are here for a reason, they are special, and their uniquness is a gift to the world. My goal is to reach ALL of the students. There is something in the message that will uplift all of them. If I am able to reach that one student that is thinking they don't matter and have that student at the end come away with a new positive outlook on life, I have succeeded in delivering the message. Through the Reaching One Assembly I can deliver that message.

The day before: I will come out to your area to meet with you and the staff personally. This is sort of a way for you to get to me and I to get to know you. More importantly I want to know what challenges your school or youth group faces, what struggles if any that you have had in the past, and if there are any youth in the past or curren
The day before: I will come out to your area to meet with you and the staff personally. This is sort of a way for you to get to me and I to get to know you. More importantly I want to know what challenges your school or youth group faces, what struggles if any that you have had in the past, and if there are any youth in the past or currently that have thought about or mentioned to someone they want to hurt themselves.
The day of: Will consist of myself delivering a powerful 30-45 minute message to your students or youth group that they are here for a reason, they are wanted, they are unique, they all have a purpose in this life, and I will give them proof that they will be able to persevere through anything life throws at them now or at anytime during their life. We want the youth to leave feeling empowered to achieve their goals, to make a positive impact in this world for the better, and leave knowing that whatever they are facing is temporary and not permanent.
